Club Scrap Paris Flea Market Blog Hop

Today I am participating in the Club Scrap Paris Flea Market Blog Hop.  I am in love with this kit.  On the first of the month I downloaded my digital kit and made this Birthday Party page with it.

After the 20th of the Month I get my Club Stamp Kit.  Here is a quick card  I made with this beautiful kit in time for a friends birthday.  Tricia's cutting directions make quick cards easy with the Club Stamp kit.

Cards in Envy Just Purple

The new challenge on the Cards in Envy blog is to use mostly purple.  I dug out an old Close To My Heart DP kit called Sanoma because I love the dusty purple in this kit.  This card qualifies in the "no stamping" category.  I used the sticker from the Sanoma kit as my embellishment. I used OWH Sketch #119 for this card.  It's fun to go back and check out some of those great OWH Sketches.

Cards in Envy challenges are now open to any size card but they still must be flat enough to mail in a standard envelope (no lumpy bumpy cards).  Come check out what other Design Team members have created for the Purple challenge and then link up your Purple card with us on the Cards in Envy blog.

Cards in Envy Beautiful Butterflies

It's time for another challenge at Cards in Envy.  This time we are looking for cards with one or more Butterflies!  I have lots of butterfly stamps but when I saw this darling DP from October Afternoon that was in my stash I had to make it into a card.

There's a little bit of a change on the Cards in Envy blog.  We lifted the size limitation for cards and have now decided to continue with the any size or any shape card for our challenges. BUT we still require that all cards entered into our challenge be FLAT (no thicker than 1/4") so they would easily fit into an envy (envelope) for mailing!  That's where we get our blog and challenge name:  "Cards in Envy!"

Come check out what our Design Team created this week and then link you your card on the

Just for fun I am adding this to Darnell's NBUS (Never before used Schtuff! Challenge) since I have had this October Afternoon paper and this StampinUp! Chalktalk stamps in my stash unused until now.

Club Scrap Crewel & Unusual

My pizza box with my Club Scrap Crewel & Unusual kit finally arrived last Friday.  It took me this long to get some cards made and to create a digital scrapbook page.  I was also in learning mode with the Version 5 of Artisan software for my digital page creating.  So here is a "quilt" page that I created with my Artisan software and the Crewel & Unusual digital kit.

Creafty Colonel Donna Nuce for Club Scrap Crewel & Unusual bloghop, Scrapbook page using a Pixels 2 Pages blueprint.

I used a Pixels2Pages Blueprint page to start my quilt idea with.  I love all the beautiful stitches that are included in the digital kit.
I used the ALCM (Assembly Line Card Making instructions) to begin my cards but dug out some of my "sewing" sentiments to finish off my beautiful crewel stitched cards.

Glad I finally got this beautiful kit and had some fun making cards.
