Welcome to day four of the Inspired by Stamping March Release.  Today stamp is the Tulip Bouquet.

Inspired by Stamping, Crafty Colonel, Tulip Bouquet Stamp set, Birthday card

I stamped the bouquet on watercolor paper and colored with distress inks.  I cut out the bouquet and mounted it on white cardstock and stamped the sentiment.
