Good morning blog buddies! Welcome to the Club Scrap 50s Kitchen bloghop.
I get my digital kit on the first day of the month. Here's a page I did using one of the Quick Drop Digital Layouts as an example but changing it up a little.
Yes, that's adorable me back in 1953. Perfect picture for this kit. I am so happy I sorted all my Dad's slides and paid to have a company digitize them for me. We only did the slides with family members in them. Dad took a lot of scenery slides too but we didn't do those.
After that page I played with my digital kit again and made some "twinchies" (2"x 2" mini cards) out of a 12x12 page.
After I had them printed I was not happy with the print. It cut of some of the top, bottom, and sides of my 12 x 12 print so that some of the "Twinchies" were not 2" x 2"! I cut them out and trimmed them a little and mounted them on some of the HPOP (Half Pound of Paper) in my order. Here's what they look like finished.
I blingged this one up with stickles!
Don't you love the coffee pot in the digital package!
I tried for a chalk board effect on the My Kitchen twinchie.
Since I only received my Club Stamp Kit yesterday I didn't have time to make more than this one quick card. Thank goodness I had those "twinchies" to help me out.
I used my Stampin'Up! dress and mannequin die to cut out the dress and apron. The little red ribbon is in the embellishment kit.
Next up is Debbie Hernandez on her Masculine Inspirations blog.
Happy Crafting!
