Tim Holtz Challenges

After watching three of Tim Holtz's Facebook lives I really dug into my stash and started playing with some stuff.  First up Distress Crayons!

I found these rub-ons in my stash and added them to the Distress Crayons background.

Then I played with my new Distress Embossing Glazes.  I did a take off of a Jeniffer McGuire YouTube video on Distress Embossing Glazes Here.

Tim's Facebook Live videos are a lot of inspiration.  You can also watch them on his website.

Mobile Office Project

I was looking for a present for the ladies in my weekly Bible Study group.  I had made on of these cute Mobile Office's for my purse on the 2018 Club Scrap Retreat.  I checked with Club Scrap and they still had some of these Mobile Offices in the store.  I ordered them and they were so easy to put together with the directions they sent.  For the record I don't receive any compensation from Club Scrap, I just love their products.  I use my Botanical Stamps (retired) and paper to decorate them.

I love the little pen that keeps the Mobile Office close.  So cute!  The notebook is hand stitched and there is a unique way to add paper to the notepad.  What projects are you working on with your #socialdistancing ?

Repurposing Goofs

Sometimes I goof on something I am making and just can't bear to throw it out.  That's what happened the other day when I was making ATCs for a swap.  Somehow I read my cutter wrong and cut the paper to 3 1/4 instead of 3 1/2 inch long!  I didn't realize it until after I had the ATCs made.  So I had to redo them to the correct size.  I saved the goofed up ones and tore them up a little trying to get another piece off of them to reuse on the correct size ATCs.  So I just continued to tear them all around the edges and they made a nice piece for a card.

What do you do with your goofs?  Do you find a way to re-use them or throw them out?
