Hi everyone!  I can't believe I am at the end of my fourth term here at House of Cards!  This is my last post for the House of Cards - I needed a little break for some family time.    To say goodbye and thank you to all DT members, we're celebrating with a blog hop!  You should have arrived here from Daen'Ys Blog.

This hop will run FROM December 1ST AT 6:00 AM CST THROUGH December 15TH AT NOON CST,  ANY CARD STYLE is welcome and we've got a gorgeous photo inspiration for your crafting enjoyment!

***PRIZE WINNERS FROM THE BLOG HOP WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON THE 20TH OF DECEMBER. CARD WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED NEXT MONTH ON THE 15TH, AS PER THE USUAL AT HOC.

BEFORE WE START--we'd like you all to know that this blog hop is also a DT CALL!  The House of Cards blog has all the information on the DT Call.

Here is the photo inspiration for the blog hop~

Here are my cards using our sponsor's images.
First up is a card using "Ornament Traditional" from our sponsor DeeDee's Digis.

Crafty Colonel Donna Nuce for House of Cards Challenge Blog, DeeDee's Digi Ornament Traditional, Christmas Card
I cut out and folded the stars on the lines to give them a 3D look.  They are coated with a Wink of Stella for shine and have gold glitter in the center.  I heat embossed the banner

Next up is a card using a beautiful image from our own Mynn at MHK Designs.   The tag and sentiment are from Inspired by Stamping Holiday Tags.
I added Wink of Stella to the snow in the image for some sparkle.  I heat embossed the tag and the sentiment.  DP is from Stampin'Up Winter Wonderland Specialty Designer Series Paper..

Next up is Donna T .  I hope that when you are done hopping you will join us at the House of Cards blog and link up a project for a chance to win a mystery prize from one of our fabulous sponsors.

Happy Crafting!
Donna

  13. How clever of you to make the star ornaments dimensional! I like also how they're hanging in different heights for a feeling of movement, if you know what I mean.
Mynnette's winter image looks beautiful and I love the DP you teamed it up with too.
