Club Scrap Shades of Winter

I'm a little late for the Club Scrap Shades of Winter Blog Hop.  We decided at the last minute to go visit my brother for a few days and I was away from my craft room.  Not to say I didn't have some crafting fun with my Sister-in-law!  But this card has been on my mind since I saw the Jumbo UM branch with the berries.  So here is "Shades of Winter meets Watercolor Christmas."

CraftyColonel Donna Nuce for Club Scrap, Shades of Winter and Watercolor Christmas

It's a little sad that the sparkly berries don't show up well in photos.  The blue background paper is sparkly too!  IRL it is gorgeous!

There's still time to link up on the Club Scrap Shades of Winter Blog Hop.  Check out what the design team did - there are some gorgeous projects on display.

Happy Crafting!

  1. Oh Donna when I enlarged it I could see the sparkly berries and background. This is a beautiful card. Your sentiment is a great one, just wish more kids did or could play outdoors more often these days. When I was a kid I was never in the house. Different times. Wishing you a wonderful New Year

  2. How beautiful! I absolutely LOVE the cardinal image. My 90 year old grandmother died last November and my dad says that a cardinal makes an appearance at least once a week on his patio. He says it's Memaw checking up on things! Thanks for sharing such a lovely card.
