The first challenge was to
create cards which include either a Scripture verse, or an uplifting quote or sentiment. It was sponsored by Our Daily Bread Designs. I just bought some sentiments from them recently and this is the first time I inked one up. Here is my card for Challenge 1.
I had this Trick or Treat Paper from Fancy Pants designs that I had not used but I like the back side of it. I stamped the Stampin'Up! En Francais with Tea Dye distressed ink and then stamped the leaves from Stampin'Up! French Foliage with Rusty Hings distressed ink. The torn DSP is from
Creative Memories Give Thanks digital kit. I inked the edges of the DSP and stamped the sentiment with Vintage Photo distressed ink. The gold leaf sticker is from EK Success Stickopotomus. I finished it with a ribbon from my stash.
