Operation Write Home Sketch Challenge 127

The Sketch Challenge at Operation Write is #127 this week.  Here is my version of the sketch.

As I was digging through my stash of paper I found a 12x12 pad of paper I forgot I had.  It was from K&Co and it was all neutrals (one of my favorites).  The ink is Tim Holtz Distressed Ink in Vintage Photo (another favorite of mine).  The Stampin'Up! set is Elements of Style.  I love the hummingbird.  I was able to use the new Stampin'Up! Apothecary Accents Framelits for the sentiment and sentiment border and just trimmed a little off the top and bottom to get the look I wanted.
Thanks for looking.

Happy Crafting!

  1. Donna, this is gorgeous! Love the different shape instead of just the rectangle.

  2. That is just too pretty! Since I make a lot of kid cards, I haven't really gotten into vintage, but I do enjoy seeing others' and this one is just as special as I've come to expect from you! I agree with Lee May; the different shape instead of a rectangle is a great take on the sketch!

  3. Gorgeous! Simply gorgeous! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much for your comments. I read and enjoy all of them.
